1. What 3D printing materials do you use?

We primarily use PLA and ABS filaments for our 3D printed items. PLA is eco-friendly and lightweight, while ABS is more durable and heat-resistant. Each product listing specifies the material used.

2. Can I request a custom 3D printed design?

Currently, we only offer pre-designed 3D printed products. Custom designs are not available at this time.

3. How long does it take to produce and ship 3D printed items?

Production typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the item. Shipping is fast: UK delivery usually takes 2–3 business days, while international delivery takes 5–7 business days.

4. Are 3D printed items safe and durable?

Yes! Our 3D printed products are safe for display and everyday use. PLA prints are lightweight and rigid, while ABS prints are more durable and heat-resistant. Please note some items are decorative and not food-safe unless specified.

5. Can I choose different colours or finishes?

Most items are available in standard colours. Finishing options like sanding or painting may be applied to some items for an enhanced look.

6. What if my 3D printed item arrives damaged or defective?

If your item is damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.

7. How do I care for my 3D printed items?

Keep PLA items away from high heat and direct sunlight to prevent warping. Clean with a soft cloth or mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals that may damage the print.
