Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders placed during peak seasons or promotional periods may require additional processing time.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days
Delivery time estimates begin after the order has been processed and shipped.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
All shipments are tracked through Synctrack.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You may use this number to monitor your shipment status in real time.
Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully delivered.
Shipping Delays
BlakePrintz is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing (for international orders)
- High-volume seasons
If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for the most up-to-date information.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- Contact us immediately
- If the order has not shipped, we will attempt to update it
- If the order has already shipped, we are not responsible for replacement or refund
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:
- Check with household members and neighbors
- Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim

International Shipping & Customs
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing
