At BlakePrintz, we make ordering 3D printed products from the UK simple and hassle-free. Every order is carefully prepared, quality-checked, packaged and dispatched from our workshop in Wrexham, North Wales, UK. 🇬🇧📦

All BlakePrintz products are designed, 3D printed, finished, and quality-checked in-house before being carefully packaged and sent to you.

📦 Delivery Charges

We offer delivery across the UK and internationally.

🇬🇧 UK Delivery — £4.00

Orders delivered within the United Kingdom are charged a flat £4.00 delivery fee.

Your order will be sent using a tracked delivery service, allowing you to follow your parcel once it has been dispatched.

🌎 International Delivery — £9.99

Orders being delivered outside the United Kingdom are charged a flat £9.99 international delivery fee.

We ship to customers around the world, including Europe, the USA and other international destinations.

International orders are sent using a tracked delivery service where available.

Every BlakePrintz product is 3D printed and prepared by us, rather than being dropshipped or mass-produced overseas.

Before your order leaves our workshop, we carefully prepare and inspect it.

Our in-house production process allows us to maintain control over the quality, detail and finish of every product we make.

⏱️ Dispatch Times

Most orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Some personalised, made-to-order, larger or more complex products may require additional preparation time.

If your order requires significantly longer than our usual dispatch timeframe, we will contact you where appropriate.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that dispatch time and delivery time are separate. The 1–3 working day timeframe refers to the time it takes us to prepare and dispatch your order, not the courier's delivery time.

📍 Tracked Delivery

Tracking is provided for BlakePrintz orders.

Once your order has been handed to the delivery service, your tracking information will be provided by email.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after dispatch. Courier tracking systems may not immediately show movement.

Once your parcel has entered the courier network, delivery times can vary depending on your destination and the delivery service being used.

🌍 International Shipping

BlakePrintz ships products to customers around the world.

International deliveries may need to pass through customs before reaching their destination.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, VAT, sales taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

BlakePrintz cannot control or predict these charges, as they vary depending on the destination country and individual order.

Delivery times depend on your destination, the delivery service used, courier network conditions and other circumstances outside our control.

Your delivery estimate at checkout should be used as the most relevant indication for your particular order.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

BlakePrintz cannot be responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address supplied by the customer.
