BlakePrintz Return & Exchange Policy

 

At BlakePrintz, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. All returns are processed through our automated return system powered by Synctrack.


Please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

All return requests must be submitted through our automated return portal via Synctrack. Manual return requests by email are not accepted.


To be eligible for a return:


  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be in original packaging
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery confirmation

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

 

Refunds & Store Credit

 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.


Where applicable, returns may be issued as:

  • Refund to original payment method, or
  • Store credit

 

Store credit may be offered:

  • As an alternative to a refund
  • For eligible returns that do not meet refund criteria but qualify under our return policy

Store credit is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.


Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Please allow 5–10 business days for approved refunds to process.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:


  • Submit a request through the Synctrack return portal within 7 days of delivery
  • Upload clear photos of the item and packaging

 

Once approved, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

 

Shipping & Delivery

All shipments are tracked through Synctrack.


Orders marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully delivered. BlakePrintz is not responsible for:


  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned used, altered, or damaged (not due to shipping)


Order Changes & Cancellations

 

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
