We've hidden special Gold, Silver and Bronze Ghosts inside selected BlakePrintz orders. If you find one, you could win a BlakePrintz voucher or another prize!

From 16 September 2026, special Ghosts will be placed inside selected BlakePrintz customer orders.

1. Find the Ghost inside your order.
2. Scan the QR code printed on the Ghost.
3. Let us know which Ghost you found.
4. We'll verify your Ghost and arrange your prize.

Keep your eyes peeled — you never know when a Golden Ghost might be hiding in your order! 👀

📦 How Ghosts Are Distributed

Golden, Silver and Bronze Ghosts are randomly placed into selected customer orders at BlakePrintz's discretion.

Not every order will contain a Ghost.

There is no guarantee that an order will contain a Gold, Silver or Bronze Ghost.

The number of promotional Ghosts available is limited and may vary throughout the promotional period.

📅 Promotional Period

Start date: 16 September 2026

End date: 1 December 2026 at 23:59 UK time.

Ghosts may be distributed throughout the promotional period. The promotion may end earlier if all promotional Ghosts have been distributed.

Any valid Ghost found before the closing time may still be claimed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

📱 Claiming Your Prize

If you find a promotional Ghost, scan the QR code and follow the instructions provided.

You may be asked to provide:

• Your name
• Your order number
• Your email address
• A photograph of the Ghost you found

This information may be used to verify the prize claim and arrange delivery or issue of the prize.

Do not throw away your Ghost until your claim has been verified.

Only genuine BlakePrintz promotional Ghosts containing the official QR code are eligible.

🎟️ Voucher Terms

Gold and Silver vouchers are redeemable against future BlakePrintz purchases.

• Gold Ghost: £10 voucher
• Silver Ghost: £5 voucher

Voucher codes:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cannot be transferred or sold.
• Cannot be applied retrospectively to the order in which the Ghost was found.
• Cannot be combined with other voucher codes unless expressly stated.
• Must be used before the expiry date stated with the voucher.

🥉 Bronze Ghost Prize

A valid Bronze Ghost entitles the finder to one free BlakePrintz Ghost Keychain.

The prize will be arranged after the Ghost has been verified.

👤 Eligibility

The Golden Ghost Hunt is open to customers who purchase from BlakePrintz during the promotional period.

The promotion is currently intended for UK customers only.

Employees of BlakePrintz and anyone directly involved in administering the promotion may be excluded.

🎁 Prize Fulfilment

Once a winning Ghost has been verified, BlakePrintz will arrange the applicable prize.

Prizes will normally be provided within 30 days of a valid claim being verified.

If a particular prize becomes unavailable, BlakePrintz may provide a reasonable alternative of equal or greater value.

⚠️ Important Information

Finding a Ghost does not automatically mean that a claim has been successfully verified. BlakePrintz reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the promotional Ghost and the associated order before issuing a prize.

The Ghost must not have been altered, reproduced or tampered with.

Each promotional Ghost may only be claimed once.

A prize cannot be claimed using a photograph or QR code copied from another customer's Ghost.

📸 Social Media

We may ask winners whether they would like to share a photograph or video of their Golden Ghost discovery on social media.

You will not be required to provide promotional content in order to receive your prize.

If you choose to share content with us, we may ask for permission to repost it on BlakePrintz social media channels.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.

🔒 Personal Information

Information submitted when claiming a prize will only be used for purposes connected with administering the Golden Ghost Hunt, verifying the claim and providing the prize, subject to our Privacy Policy.

📋 General Terms

By participating in the Golden Ghost Hunt, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

BlakePrintz reserves the right to refuse a claim where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, tampering, duplication or abuse of the promotion.

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside the BlakePrintz website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

BlakePrintz reserves the right to make reasonable amendments to the promotion where necessary, provided that customers who have already participated are not unfairly disadvantaged.
